    Your transcripts are never used to train AI models. They are analyzed for your assessment and retained only as long as you want them.

  • One-click deletion

    Remove all interview data at any time. We retain only the audit log of the deletion event itself, as required for compliance.

  • Freemium transparency

    On Freemium, only your recommendations (not your raw data) are shared with delivery partners — and only those we trust. On paid plans, nothing is shared.

  • Enterprise deployment options
