How is this different from an Accenture or Deloitte engagement?
Same framework — 6 pillars, 30+ domains, ~617 weighted questions — but instead of a 10-16 week engagement with a team of consultants, the platform runs the assessment and Claude does the analysis. You get the rigor in a fraction of the time and cost. When you want hands-on SMEs, you can add them by the hour, by the meeting, or have us run the entire thing as a Concierge engagement.
How does pricing work?
By the drink. The Starter Bundle ($1,499) includes 1 Industry, 2 Business Units, and 5 Domains per BU. Need more Domains? +$50 each. Need another Business Unit? +$500 (with 5 Domains included). Need cross-industry benchmarking? +$300. Most assessments come in between $1,499 and $4,000.
What does 'Freemium with data-share' actually mean?
You get a smaller-scope assessment (1 BU, 3 Domains) free. In exchange, the recommendations (not your raw interview data) are shared with vetted delivery partners who specialize in the solutions you need. They compete for your business — you get a better rate and a better fit than you'd find on your own. Your company name is shared with partners; your data stays private and is only used anonymized for industry benchmarks.
Is my data actually private on the paid plans?
Yes. On Starter Bundle, Custom, and Concierge plans, interview transcripts, recordings, and raw data are never shared, never sold, and never used as leads. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and access locked to your account. One-click delete whenever you want. Enterprise customers can also choose BYO-Storage — your transcripts stay in your own AWS/Azure/GCS bucket, our engine just reads them.

What do I need to run an assessment?
A computer, a few hours of your time for intake, and access to a handful of people in your org — typically leadership, QA, WFM, IT, and a few frontline agents. We'll tell you exactly who to interview and give you the questions. You record the calls on Zoom (or whatever you use), upload the transcripts, and the platform takes it from there. Or pick the Concierge tier and we'll do the interviews for you.
Can I add human consulting to any plan?
Yes. Reviewed (+$900) gets you a 90-min meeting with 3 SMEs after AI delivers. Hourly ($350/hr) is ad-hoc SME time. Concierge (+$3,000) means we conduct the interviews on your behalf — you just show up.
My focus area isn't covered. Can I request it?
Absolutely. Use the request form at the bottom of this page (or in your portal). We review every request and add domains where there's real demand.
How do I pay?
Credit card through Stripe, or contact us for a PO/invoice arrangement. Enterprise billing is handled personally — reach out and we'll take care of it.
